You want to be happy, but you can’t quite figure out how to get there. It seems like everyone else has this figured out; it just doesn’t seem to be working for you! The good news is that happiness really isn’t as hard to achieve as many people make it seem. In fact, there are only three things that you need in order to experience happiness every day!
There are three things that can make a person truly happy
#1: SOMETHING TO DO
Finding something you love to do is an important first step. It could be your career, a hobby, or even a simple pastime. Once you have that thing—where your focus and attention are consistently drawn—you can use it as fuel to power through some of life’s inevitable challenges. Making happiness a goal is useless if we don’t know what will make us happy in the first place
#2: SOMEONE TO LOVE
Sometimes we forget that socializing is an integral part of a happy life. No matter how bad you think your day was, there’s always someone who had it worse. We may all have different definitions of happiness, but we can all agree that being around people we love is essential to our overall happiness.
#3: SOMETHING TO HOPE FOR
Hope is something that keeps us focused that gives us a reason and when u have a reason to live then we live our life to the fullest to achieve that hope. Most of us want to be happy. But what is happiness, and how do we get it? A recent report published by the British think tank The New Economics Foundation identified three key factors that make people happy: a sense of meaning and purpose in life, autonomy or self-determination, and strong relationships with others. These concepts aren’t new—they’re as old as Aristotle—but they offer some insight into how we can foster more happiness at work and in our lives.
