Have you ever wondered what the things are that can kill your happiness? Sure there are big things, like losing your job or failing your final exams, but there are also small little things that add up and make life miserable, such as losing your keys or forgetting to schedule a dentist appointment. What’s worse, even if you know about them, it’s sometimes hard to stop yourself from doing them! Here’s my list of five things that kill your happiness (and what you can do about it).
1) OVERTHINKING
An overthinker makes different scenarios in his mind and most of these scenarios are negative and thus spoil his good or happy mood.
#2. Comparison.
Everyone has problems in their lives that we may or may not know about but to compare your life or anything with others will always kill your happiness.
#3. TO CONTROL.
The urge to control everything always has a negative effect on our mood because we cannot control everyone.
#4. ALWAYS WANTS MORE.
The desire to want more is the never-ending one and that kills the joy.
5# NEGATIVE THINKING.
If u think negatively so negative things will happen to u. We can lose ourselves in a negative thought pattern, but it’s easy to redirect. If you find yourself having an angry reaction to something negative, try reframing it in a more positive light.
